BREAKING | Lloyd Marsh-Hughes joins Runcorn Linnets on loan
Chester FC can confirm that striker Lloyd Marsh-Hughes has joined Runcorn Linnets on loan for three months.
The 20-year-old has made eight appearances for the Blues this term, which has included three starts.
Lloyd links up with Calum McIntyre’s side who sit in eighth place in the Northern Premier (West) Division, but have as many as four games in hand on sides above them.
Blues Joint Manager Anthony Johnson had this to say: “We feel the time is right for Lloyd to go out on loan again.
“He needs to get back into the habit of scoring goals and playing regular 90 minutes. We’ve been more than happy with him so far this season and he’s had a good run of games already but that exposure to 90 minutes every game will ensure the goals come back for him.
“Lloyd is in a good place physically and the expectation for him is that once he comes back he’ll be full of confidence and raring to go again.”
The loan move contains a 24-hour recall clause after the first 28-days of the deal.
Best of luck, Lloyd!
