Clothing Bank installed at the Deva!
Chester FC are delighted to be supporting local charity, Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK, with the installation of a Clothing Bank at the Deva Stadium.
Based in Liverpool, Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK was established in 2015 and their vision is to be the leading UK blood cancer charity specialising in stem cell therapy.
They actively support stem cell research into blood cancers, raise awareness of stem cell therapies and offer a free stem cell storage service for qualifying families, which they call Model Cell Biobank.
The Clothing Recycling Bank, located outside the Stadium in the South-East corner, is a great way to help raise funds for research.
Supporters and local residents can donate their unwanted clothing to be sold on their online charity shop, with the money raised directly funding research into fighting blood cancers.
