Promotion Final ticketing update

Chester FC would like to provide the following ticketing update ahead of the Promotion Final against Scunthorpe United…

    INCREASED ALLOCATION

We are pleased to announce that we have been provided with an additional 100 away tickets for the game next Sunday – taking our total allocation to 1,601.

    CITY FANS UNITED BALLOT

Our CFU ticket window has closed. All 350 remaining tickets will now be allocated via a ballot as the number of requests exceeded this number.

We will be reviewing and validating all member requests this evening, and those that applied – successful or unsuccessful – will be contacted via email on Monday morning.

Those who are successful in the ballot will be provided with a payment link from Fanbase to complete their purchase.

These will arrive in your inbox throughout Monday, please be patient as we process these requests and ensure you check your junk/spam folders if required. You will have until close of play Tuesday to make payment.

    COLLECTION WINDOWS

Any supporters that purchased their Promotion Final tickets in the Season Ticket holder window via Fanbase will be able to collect their physical tickets from the Deva Stadium Ticket Office from Tuesday 13th May at 10am.

Collections will be available during office opening hours (10am to 4pm) all week, with the office closing on Friday at 4pm with no more collection options being available.

Anyone who gets their ticket in the CFU ballot will be able to collect their ticket from Wednesday 14th May at 10am.

To further assist supporters, we will also be opening on Thursday 15th May from 6pm to 8pm for collections.

All supporters collecting their tickets should be prepared to show their email confirmation/Fanbase wallet as proof of purchase.

Please note, we cannot post out tickets to supporters and they cannot be collected from Scunthorpe United FC, all tickets MUST be collected from the Deva Stadium ticket office.
