Away Day Guide: Stalybridge Celtic (A)

    Our Emirates FA Cup journey begins this Saturday with a trip to NPL Division One West outfit Stalybridge Celtic!

    The Blues head into the clash off the back of successive draws, as a late equaliser from Dylan Mottley-Henry at home against Scarborough Athletic followed a frenetic 2-2 tie on the road at AFC Fylde.

    Kick off at Bower Fold on Saturday is 15:00. The postcode for the ground is SK15 2RT.

    Ticket Details

    Admission to the contest for Chester FC supporters will be via online ticket only, with no sales on the gate. The match will be segregated.

    Travel

    By Car – Leave the M56 at junction one and merge on to the M60 heading east. Then exit at junction 24 to join the M67, also heading east, until junction three where you join Clarendon Road. Matley Lane will leave you with a left turn on to the A6018 and the ground will appear on the left-hand side.

    By train – Leave Chester station on a service to Manchester Victories, before changing on to the direct 13 minute service that terminates in Stalybridge. Stalybridge station is location 1.2 miles from Bower Fold. The 237 bus to Glossop runs from Stalybridge station and stops directly outside the ground. The bus journey takes around eight minutes.
