General Sale Information: Cambridge United (A)
Our remaining initial allocation for our FA Cup First Round trip to Cambridge United will go on General Sale tomorrow morning at 10:00.
During the General Sale period, supporters can purchase either in-person at the Ticket Office during opening hours, or online at chesterfc.com/tickets.
Should you buy your ticket in-person from our Ticket Office, you will be handed your physical ticket at the point of purchase, whereas if you choose to buy online, you will be required to collect via the same process as Season Ticket holders earlier in the week:
- Supporters must collect their Cambridge United tickets from the Ticket Office by Friday 31st October, 4pm. When coming to the office, please provide your Ticket Order Number, this is the quickest and easiest way for us to provide you with your ticket.
- To assist supporters, we will be holding a collection window on Saturday, prior to the game against Bedford Town. Supporters will be able to collect from the Blues Bar between midday and 2pm ONLY. No Cambridge tickets can be collected after 2pm on Saturday.
- Additionally, supporters can also collect their tickets from the Cambridge United FC ticket office on the day of the game from 1.30pm onwards. If you require this, you must let the Ticket Office know by calling 01244 371376 or emailing info@chesterfc.com before 4pm on Tuesday 28th October.

Our initial allocation in Cambridgeshire is 1,048. Should this be sold out, a further allocation will be made available in due course.
A further reminder that if supporters are planning on collecting their tickets at the Cledara Abbey Stadium on the day of the game, you MUST contact us, either via email to info@chesterfc.com, or by calling 01244 371376 before 16:00 on Tuesday 28th October.
