Report: Chester U19 6-2 Boston United U19

Chester FC U19s continued their impressive start to their 2025/26 campaign at the KGV Community Hub this afternoon with a convincing 6-2 win over Boston United U19s.

A dominant first half display saw the Seals score four in under 35 minutes with some outstanding link-up play and finishing on show.

An early penalty was saved by Boston United’s goalkeeper only to be headed home from close-range on the rebound.

The Pilgrims fought back in the second half, and brought the score back to 4-2 with 30 minutes left to play, however two late goals sealed three valuable points for the hosts.

The win sees Chester sit 5 points behind league leaders Gateshead in the National League U19 Alliance North Division, with two games in hand.

Attention turns to the second round of the National League U19 Alliance Academy Cup where Blyth Spartans host Chester at St Peters Hub next Friday.

League action returns on Wednesday, 10th December with another trip to the North-East for a tough test against leaders Gateshead.

We wish Boston United U19 all the best for the rest of the season.
