Hayden Carson and Lewys Benjamin recalled by Wolves

Chester FC can confirm that both Hayden Carson and Lewys Benjamin have been recalled from their loan spells by Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Carson made a positive impact in defensive areas after his switch to CH1 in late August, featuring on 17 occasions in all competitions.

The 19-year-old was a major part of our run to the First Round Proper of the FA Cup, starting in every round and impressing in wins over Stalybridge Celtic, Curzon Ashton, and Morecambe.

Benjamin was added to the Blues’ squad in July and impressed between the sticks during our pre-season schedule, but unfortunately found himself sidelined due to injury problems after the opening day of the campaign.
