BREAKING | Bradley Jackson joins Chester FC
Chester FC are pleased to announce the signing of winger Bradley Jackson from Ashton United.
The 22-year-old started his career coming through the ranks at Burnley, along with loan spells at Bangor City and Southport whilst at Turf Moor.
He joined fellow National League North side Ashton United in August and has chipped in with six goals so far this term.
One of those goals was a consolation at the Swansway Chester Stadium in a 4-1 defeat to the Blues.
Speaking to ChesterFC.com on the signing, Joint Boss Anthony Johnson said: “We saw Bradley last season at Southport whilst he was on loan from Burnley and really got our eye.
“His performance against us for Ashton in a couple of different positions was outstanding and we feel he will give us a different outlet to anything else we’ve got with his lightning and direct pace and his terrific ability on the ball.
“He’s also already scored six goals in all competitions so far for Ashton too so knows where the goal is.”
Welcome to Chester FC, Bradley!
