Blues agree loan deal for Conor Mitchell

Chester FC can today announce that Burnley goalkeeper Conor Mitchell has agreed a loan deal with the Blues initially until January 1st – subject to clearance from the FA and the National League.

The 21-year-old has been with the Premier League side since 2012 – before having loan spells with Bradford PA and Sheffield FC.

The Northern Irishman featured and impressed between the sticks in our 1-1 friendly draw with Port Vale last month.
