BREAKING | Chester FC sign Rowan Roache!

Chester FC are pleased to announce the signing of Rowan Roache.

The 21-year-old midfielder arrives at the Deva on an initial short-term deal, subject to clearance.

Rowan started this season with NPL Division One West side Workington, contributing three goals and two assists in eight appearances before moving up a division to sign for Atherton Collieries.

He had a significant impact in Blackpool’s youth setup at the start of his career, scoring 30 goals in 31 games as they won the North West Youth Alliance and Lancashire FA Youth Cup.

Roache was then part of the Tangerines side that reached the FA Youth Cup Semi-Final, losing to Arsenal, the following season. He was capped at youth level for Republic of Ireland on 18 occasions.
