BREAKING | Chester vs Gateshead has been postponed

We can confirm that our scheduled game against Gateshead at the 1885 Arena tomorrow has been POSTPONED.

A local National League referee came out for an inspection this evening but, due to waterlogged areas of the pitch, and heavy rain forecast through the night the decision was taken to call the game off.

Every effort was made to try and get the match on – but the weather has defeated us on this occasion.

Gateshead’s early departure time in the morning was also taken into account, a decision has been made as early as possible.
