BREAKING | Danny Elliott joins Alfreton Town on loan

Blues forward Danny Elliott has today joined Alfreton Town on loan for an initial month.

The 24-year-old joined Chester FC in July 2019 after a successful Trial debut, scoring a wonderful solo goal against Championship side Wigan Athletic in pre-season.

Danny has made 22 appearances in all competitions this term – scoring eight goals.

Three of these came in the National League North against Hereford, Blyth Spartans and finally the club he is joining for the rest of the campaign  – Alfreton Town.

Billy Heath’s side sit in 15^th place in the division – with 30 points from 25 games. Elliott is ineligible to face the Blues when the two teams meet on 15^th February.
