BREAKING | Defender Steven Howson joins the Blues

Chester FC are delighted to have secured the services of defender Steven Howson for the 2018/19 campaign.

The 32-year-old joins Nathan Brown, Gary Roberts and Matty Hughes as the fourth new arrival for Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley.

Howson is another to link up with the Blues Management Duo once again – having played under Johnson and Morley at Salford City.

The defender started the 2017-18 season at Curzon Ashton before joining Southport FC in November. Steve brings a wealth of experience at this level to the Swansway Chester Stadium.
