BTB UPDATE | £51,000 raised in first week of Boost the Budget!
We are delighted to announce that we are already halfway in to #Target100k after just five days of Boost the Budget!
The scheme relaunched on Monday and more than 316 people have continued to pledge their support and carry their commitments over from last year, meaning we have already gone beyond £51,000!
Our target is £100,000 this term – and every penny and every pledge makes a massive difference for #OurClub.
After taking us from 16th place in the table to a 3rd place finish this term and a Play-Off Semi Final, Calum and his staff have built a team to be truly proud of, and we want to give them the best possible opportunity to progress us even further into 2023/24.
Boost the Budget is ringfenced and it gives us, the owners, the chance to support Calum and contribute to what happens on the pitch. Last summer it enabled us to sign Kurt Willoughby and if we can beat our target again this year, it will create those kinds of opportunities again.
Attendances were on the rise too, with the Blues having not just statistically the highest crowds in the league, but also the most passionate who made a huge difference by sticking with us throughout a memorable campaign.
Now it’s time to do it all again. It started with your backing with Season Tickets, as more than 1,500 of you took advantage of big savings during the Early Bird window, and now it’s about spreading the word in order to help us Boost the Budget.
