CFCW Preview: Northwich Vixens (h)

Chester FC Women return to The Leap76 Stadium for the first time in 2024 this weekend, as they welcome Northwich Vixens looking to record a ninth consecutive league win.

The Blues made it eight consecutive league wins on the spin last weekend following a convincing 4-1 away victory at Mossley Hill, their third win over the Liverpool outfit in the space of a month.

Chester forward Molly Wood once again continued to grab all the headlines, grabbing her third consecutive hattrick against Mossley Hill in as many games. A long range effort from Charlotte Locke wrapped up the win and capped off another impressive showing from the Seals on the road.

Sunday’s visitors come into this weekend’s game on the back of 4-1 home defeat to Runcorn Linnets last time out.

The side currently find themselves rooted to the foot of the table, having only picked up one league win to date so far.

Kick off is 2pm on Sunday afternoon at the Leap76 Stadium, CH1 4LT.

Entry to the game is either via your CFCW Season Ticket which can be scanned, or payment via contactless at the gate. Matchday prices are as follows…
