CFCW Report: Chester 5-0 Litherland Remyca
Chester FC Women made it three wins on the spin last night with a dominant victory over Litherland Remyca.
Top scorer Emma Gray got the ball rolling in the opening minute, tapping home to give the Blues the lead. Despite having plenty of chances, the advantage was kept to just one at the break.
Nevertheless, the Seals showed their ruthlessness in the second half to secure all three points.
Gray struck again a matter of minutes after half time, before full back Cindy Tweedle finished the third calmly on 68 minutes.
Moments later, Sophia O’Neill made it four – before sub Erin Parr scored the fifth and final goal late on.
Another victory sees the Blues head into the final day still with a chance of a top three finish – as we host Wirral Phoenix at the Deva on Sunday (2pm). Come and support the Seals if you can!
