    I’ve renewed my Season Ticket but forgot to select the printed card option at an extra £2. What should I do? 

    Please email info@chesterfc.com with your order details from tomorrow at 10am. They will be able to process this for you.

    I’ve purchased a Season Ticket on my account for someone else, how do they add it to their Apple/Android Wallet?

    Add their ticket to your wallet and then click share within the wallet app to send them their ticket. Please note, that this does not work if an iPhone user is sharing to an Android user, or vice versa. Equally, you can also screenshot the ticket and send it over, the QR code will remain valid.

    I want to pay in Instalments. How do I do this?

    The Instalment Plan returns on Wednesday, supporters will be able to use Klarna via the Fanbase platform to pay their Season Ticket cost off in three monthly payments, interest-free.

    The three payments will take place 1) when checking out initially 2) after 30 days and 3) after 60 days. Supporters will need to complete this process online by selecting the Klarna payment method at the checkout on Fanbase.

    I want to purchase a Car Park pass again for this year. How do I do this?

    Car Park season passes have been frozen at just £40 for the campaign. These will be sold from Wednesday on our Club Shop, chesterfcretail.com. Physical passes will be available for collection in July.

    I want to change my seats. How do I do this?

    If you want to change seats, contact the ticket office and share the details of the new seats you would like to secure. The ticket office staff will be able to process this for you. Do not purchase your current seats if you would like to swap them.
