COMMUNITY | West Cheshire Foodbank Donations
As Christmas approaches, Chester FC and Chester FC Community Trust are asking fans to donate to West Cheshire Foodbank and support those in our community who are in crisis.
We will be collecting donations at our home match with Leamington on Saturday 4th December and through the month at the Deva Stadium ticket office between 10am and 4pm on weekdays.
Donated items will then be delivered to West Cheshire Foodbank to help feed local families and individuals in need.
West Cheshire Foodbank has provided the following list of items it needs most this Christmas:
- Tinned meat and fish
- Tinned fruit and puddings
- Custard
- Tinned potatoes
- Instant mash
- UHT milk and juice
- Tea and coffee
- Pasta sauce
- James and spreads
- Biscuits and treats
We also wish to remind supporters the club is again backing the Big Yellow Self Storage Christmas Toy Appeal.
Big Yellow Chester are asking for donations of new toys and gifts for ages 0-15, which will be distributed to local children and family charities to help put smiles on faces at Christmas.
Donations can be dropped off at the Deva Stadium, Big Yellow Self Storage on Sealand Road, the Royal Mail Centre on Jupiter Drive and Morrison’s in Saltney up to and including Thursday 16th December.
