Details ahead of the first Senior Blues meeting of the season!

The Senior Blues will kick off the new season with a first meeting on Friday 1 August.

As usual, we start with a full focus on Club matters. Here are the speakers for our first meeting of the campaign:

    • CFU Chairman Kieron Shiel will give an overview of the progress made last season and the challenges for 25/26
    • Manager Kalvin Williams will talk about Chester Women
    • General Manager Albert Davies will update us on all the preparations for the upcoming season
    • Academy Manager/First Team Coach Mike Allcock will deal with the playing side.

    The Senior Blues

For anyone not already aware, the Senior Blues are a dedicated group of over 55’s who have sufficient time and interest to meet in the Cestrian at 10.30 on the first Friday of the month from August to May.

The monthly meetings generally feature a varied range of speakers as well as updates from CFU Board members and Club officials. New members are very welcome with membership still costing a meagre £10 a year. That’s less than 3 cups of coffee! Where else could you get better value?

Memberships can be renewed in person at the August meeting when we will be issuing brand new membership cards. We hope to provide information on alternative methods of renewal (and communication) in due course.

So, if you have a couple of hours with nothing better to do, why not pop along and join us and at the same time learn just what’s going on at the Deva. And remember, all funds raised are for the benefit of the football club, primarily the Senior Blues Youth Foundation. What’s stopping you? UTS!
