Harrison Burke signs new deal at Chester FC!
Chester FC are delighted to announce that defender Harrison Burke has signed a two-and-half-year contract extension with the Blues!
The 21-year-old academy graduate has penned a new deal with the club that extends his stay into the summer of 2026.
Burke signed his first senior contract with Chester in October 2020 and scored on his full debut for the club in February 2022 in a 5-0 win over Southport which was voted Goal of the Season for the 21/22 campaign.
Such was Harrison’s rapid progress down CH1, he was tied down to a new long-term contract in February 2022.
The defender has now made 80 appearances for his hometown club, scoring on seven occasions.
Burke has provided three assists so far this term, showing his versatility and also flourishing in a full-back role in recent months.

“Harrison has cemented himself as a key figure in the first team and, being a home grown Academy product, is someone that the fans have developed a real affinity with.
“Harrison is someone I have worked with for a long time and I am exceptionally proud of the journey he has been on and the footballer and person he continues to develop into. He is from a fantastic family and is someone that represents the very best of the work the Academy has done at Chester FC.
“I have no doubts that Harrison will play at a higher level and everyone looks forward to the next chapter of his journey.”
