INTERVIEW PREVIEW | Gray wants to see Blues bounce back tomorrow night

Goalkeeper Louis Gray is tomorrow’s feature interview in The Cestrian Programme!

The Blues’ Number One is eager for the team to bounce back from two consecutive defeats in style, when they take on Curzon Ashton at 7.45pm tomorrow night.

Marine’s 1-0 victory at the Deva Stadium on Saturday saw them upset the Blues and advance to the First Round Proper of the Emirates FA Cup.

Louis said: “It was unacceptable from us all really.

“We had a long chat after the game with the Gaffers. Something went wrong and it needs to be fixed. Obviously, the game tonight has come around quickly which is good for us to put it right.

“It was an absolute killer. We haven’t kept a clean sheet yet. Who do you look to for that – is it me – is it the defence?

“But to be fair, they had one shot on target from the spot and won the game 1-0.

“The main thing is about drawing a line through Saturday and getting our minds right for the next game. It’s down to us this season for 90 minutes on a Saturday or a Tuesday to perform.

Gray also discusses why he signed at Chester, and what the Blues can achieve this term in the league. All this and much more in our 56-page programme!

A reminder, Season Ticket holders that opted to retain their ST will be sent their free digital copy in the build up to kick off tomorrow night.
