Isaac Burgess to stay at 1874 Northwich until the end of the season

Chester FC can confirm that Isaac Burgess has had his loan with 1874 Northwich extended until the end of the season.

The defender has been developing with the MFL Premier Division outfit following his move to the Deva Stadium in August.

The 19-year-old joined the Blues after departing Rochdale’s youth setup in the summer.

Isaac made his senior debut for the Dale during an FA Trophy clash with Gateshead in late 2023, before he gained further senior football experience on loan at Matlock Town in early 2025.

1874 Northwich currently sit sixth in the MFL Premier Division, with a record of 31 points from 16 outings.
