Lewis Earl completes permanent move to Marine
Chester FC can confirm that midfielder Lewis Earl has completed a permanent transfer to Marine.
The 22-year-old made 13 appearances for the Blues following his arrival last summer, including two this season at home to King’s Lynn Town and away to Banbury United.
Earl has most recently spent time on loan at Bootle.
Manager Calum McIntyre commented on the news, saying: “I have really enjoyed working with Lewis, he is a likeable character and someone I think will do well in the future.
“Lew wanted to pursue regular first team football and we facilitated that with a loan at Bootle which was extended.
“The opportunity arose for Lew to move permanently to Marine which is something he wanted to pursue with his opportunities with us set to be limited.
“As part of the deal, there are some financial aspects based upon Lew’s potential progression further down the line.
I genuinely want to wish Lewis all the best for the future, I really hope he will be successful at Marine and in the future.”
All the best, Lewis!
