MATCH PREVIEW | AFC Telford vs Chester

Chester visit AFC Telford on Boxing Day looking to extend their impressive record in the National League North.

Tuesday’s FA Trophy defeat on penalties was disappointing, but with illness sweeping through the camp and a patched up defence on show, Calum McIntyre’s men have still lost just once in now their last 25 matches in 90 minutes.

The focus now becomes solely on the league and cutting the gap at the top, which is four points to the leaders Darlington, however the Seals do have a game in hand.

Our festive double header comes against the side bottom of the league in AFC Telford. They’re now managed by Kevin Wilkin, who was Brackley Manager when the Blues inflicted a 2-0 defeat on his Saints side back in August.

Kick off on Boxing Day (Monday) is 3pm.
