MATCHDAY | Chester vs AFC Fylde – FA Youth Cup Replay

Take two! Chester FC Under 18’s host AFC Fylde tonight at the Deva Stadium in the FA Youth Cup.

After the Blues won the initial tie less than two weeks ago, the game will now be replayed after The FA Youth Committee considered AFC Fylde’s protest and determined that the kicks from the penalty mark had not been completed in accordance with the Rules of the Competition as the Laws of the Game had not been applied correctly by the referee

Tonight’s Third Qualifying Round tie is a 7.45pm kick off. Admission is pay on the gate (cash only), with prices at £3 Adults and £1 for Concessions and Under 18’s. One kiosk will be open in the East Stand. Should the game finish level after 90 minutes, the tie will go straight to penalties.

As a result for this being replayed, Chester FC Academy will incur significant expense as a result of having to stage this game for a second time and the virtual ticket donation provides an opportunity for supporters to help towards these costs.
