ENTRY INTO THE STADIUM
For the majority of the league fixtures at the Deva Stadium, home fans are able to purchase tickets for the East and West Stands, and the North Terrace. Away supporters tend to be housed in the West Stand (South corner) and entry is via turnstile 7.
There are four ways to gain entry to Chester FC league matches…
- Scanning your Season Ticket (physical card or digital copy)
- Scanning your Matchday Ticket (printed or digital)
- Paying Cash at the Ticket Office (you will then receive a Matchday Ticket)
- Paying via Card on our Contactless Devices at the Turnstile
Please only queue for the Ticket Office window for a ticket if you need to. We strongly advise supporters to gain entry through their designated turnstile as early as possible to avoid queues close to kick off – this may result in you missing some of the game.

INSIDE THE STADIUM
Seating is allocated at the Deva Stadium. Please sit in the seat Block/Row/Number provided to you on your ticket. For those that pay contactless at the gate, please avoid sitting in any seats marked ‘Season Ticket Holders’ or ‘Reserved’. If a supporter has a ticket with the seat number you have sat in, you will be required to move. For ease, we encourage as many supporters as possible to pay online for a ticket via Fanbase.
If you encounter any seating issues once inside the ground, we strongly advise supporters to speak to the nearest steward who will be able to assist.
The Deva Stadium is strictly a no smoking and no vaping ground.
Anyone aged 12 and over is able to enter the stadium unaccompanied. Anyone under the age of 12 must be under the supervision of a responsible adult.
CARER POLICY
Chester FC has updated its Carers ticketing policy for 2025/26…
For those who do require assistance, the club offers a complimentary carer season ticket or match ticket in order for those supporters to receive additional support when attending the Deva Stadium. The club provide this complimentary carer ticket as a reasonable provision to enable disabled supporters to either access or better access the club’s facilities and matchday services. That is the purpose of the offer. Disabled and carer cards or tickets are sold as a pair and both tickets are allocated to the disabled supporter only. The carer card or ticket is therefore allocated under the disabled supporter’s name. A carer ticket is issued on the understanding that it is used in conjunction with the disabled supporter card or ticket and on the basis of undertaking the related carer duties required at the Deva Stadium.
