NEWS | Blues victorious in behind closed doors fixture

The Blues were victorious tonight in a behind closed doors fixture at the Deva Stadium.

Kieran Coates made his first appearance since November following full recovery from injury, while it was a first look at Tranmere Rovers loanee Rhys Hughes in midfield, as Chester ran out 9-0 winners against Step Four opposition.

Charlie Caton scored a hat-trick, with Anthony Dudley coming off the bench to bag a brace. Further goals were added by Kurt Willoughby, Declan Weeks, Adam Thomas and Darren Stephenson.
