Enjoy your October Half-Term with Chester FC Community Trust!

    This October half-term, Chester FC Community Trust has an exciting line-up of events for players and supporters alike – from football camps to a spooky party afternoon!

    Whether your child wants to sharpen their skills, try goalkeeping, enjoy time with friends, or celebrate Halloween in style, there’s something for everyone to get involved in. Here’s what’s happening:

    Chester FC Soccer School – Mon 27 to Fri 31 October

    When: 10:00-15:00 each day

    Where: Goals Soccer Centre, with drop-off and pick-up at Deva Stadium

    Who: Children aged 5–15

    Cost: £18 per day

    • A full week of skills coaching, small-sided games, tournaments, and fun challenges
    • Led by qualified, experienced coaches
    • Participants should arrive in kit, with appropriate footwear, waterproof jacket, a drink, and a packed lunch in a labelled bag

    This is a great opportunity for kids to stay active, progress their game, and make new friends during the holiday. Places are limited and early booking is encouraged.

    Specialist Camps – Goalkeepers & Girls (Monday 27 October)

    In addition to the regular Soccer School, we’re offering two specialist one-day sessions on Monday 27 October at King George V Community Sports Hub (CH1 5BD):

    • Goalkeeping Camp – 10:00 – 14:00
    • Girls Soccer School – 10:00 – 14:00

    Cost: £18 per day

    Participants will enjoy fun, development-focused sessions with Community Trust coaches, aimed at boosting confidence, technique, and enjoyment. As always, early booking is advised.

    Seals Spooktacular – Halloween Party Event (Tuesday 28 October)

    When: 14:00 – 16:00

    Where: King George V Community Sports Hub

    Who: Junior supporters (aged under 16)

    Cost: £10 per ticket

    This spooky-themed afternoon promises thrills, smiles, and a good dose of fun:

    • Chester FC player appearances
    • Football games and activities run by Community Trust coaches
    • Party games, dancing, and DJ sets by DJ Jay Parties
    • Special hosts Frankenstein and Wednesday will lead challenges
    • A guest appearance from Rumi of KPop Demon Hunters with selfies, singalongs and photos
    • Fancy dress is encouraged – prizes for the best costumes!
    • Refreshments included: candyfloss, popcorn, and a hotdog

    Please note: spaces are limited and the event is for under-16s only. Parents/carers should drop off and collect children (though exceptions can be made for younger children) since Community Trust staff will supervise.
