Opening game of 25/26 will be our Book of Remembrance fixture

Our opening fixture of 25/26 against Peterborough Sports will be our Book of Remembrance Fixture, where everyone associated with Chester FC celebrates the lives of all those we have sadly lost over the past 12 months.

We will have a period of reflection prior to kick off at the Deva Stadium, where the names of those who have passed will be read out by announcer Rob Clegg, before a period of applause to remember them.

The list of names will also be included in our Matchday Programme.

If you have a family member or a friend that has been a supporter of Chester FC who has sadly passed away in the last 12 months, we would love to include them in our tribute before the start of the season.

Please email Marion Needham (marion.needham@chesterfc.com) before 5pm on Thursday, 31st July to have your submitted names included in our tribute.

As this is concerning personal matters, the Club can only include the names of supporters with confirmation of consent from the families involved, so where possible please include this if you have it when contacting the Club. Thank you.
