Elliott Whitehouse made his stay at Chester FC a permanent one in June 2023.

The midfielder’s loan spell from Scunthorpe United at the back end of the 2022/23 campaign was short – making just seven appearances – but his impact was a hugely successful one. Whitehouse scored three times as the Blues finished 3^rd in the National League North and his presence was a positive one both on and off the field.

Following his departure from the Iron, Calum McIntyre was quick to approach Elliott and sign him up for the 2023/24 season.
