Frankie joined Chester FC on a season long loan from Premier League side Sheffield United in August 2023. Maguire spent time last season on loan in the National League North, scoring an impressive four goals in 14 appearances for Kettering Town. He had also had a spell at Bradford (PA) the season prior. An attacking midfielder, Frankie first joined the Blades Academy at the age of eight.
