Mike initially arrived at the Deva as Youth Team Assistant Manager and Lead Technical Coach for the Academy back in August 2020.

In May 2022, he was promoted to the role of Academy Head Coach to replace new First Team Manager Calum McIntyre, having had previous experience at AFC Fylde – as Under 18’s Manager – and Hyde United.

Allcock also was added to McIntyre’s new look backroom staff as First Team Coach in the summer of 2022, having worked with both Calum and Colin Woodthorpe at Runcorn Linnets prior.
