Tom signed for Chester FC in October 2023 on an 18-month contract following his departure from Macclesfield, returning to the club he made his senior debut for almost ten years prior. Peers scored 24 goals last term for fellow National League North side Curzon Ashton, before making the switch to the Silkmen in the summer. He has scored twice in just six starts so far this campaign. Peers made his senior debut for the Blues against Braintree Town on 7^th December 2013 and scored his first senior goal in the 2-0 win at FC Halifax Town the following year.
