Chester FC Women’s focus shifts to cup competition this weekend as they face Blackburn Community Sports Club Ladies FC in the Second Qualifying Round of The Vitality Women’s FA Cup.
Martin Fitzsimons’ side will be looking to maintain their early season form when they come up against Premier Division opposition on Sunday.
The Blues will be looking to bounce back from their 4-2 defeat to Runcorn Linnets FC Ladies last time out, their only defeat to date so far this term.
Blackburn have endured a mixed start to their league campaign, they currently sit 6th in the league having picked up seven points from a possible twelve on offer.
