
Preview: Chester FC U19 vs Solihull Moors U19
The U19s return from the Christmas break this Wednesday as they host Solihull Moors in their first game of 2026.
There’s a busy year ahead for the young seals, who sit in fourth, five points behind leaders Gateshead with two games in hand.
Chester remain unbeaten in all competitions in 2025/26 and are currently on a winning run of seven games.
Before Christmas, it was a 1-0 win over AFC Fylde for Chester at the KGV Sports Hub.
A narrow 3-2 defeat away to top of the league Gateshead was the Moors’ most recent outing,
The West Midlands based outfit are in seventh, after winning three and drawing two out of their opening ten league games.
After multiples games postponed and abandoned, Chester will have to play 16 league games from January up until May 6th, alongside continuing their cup run.
It will be six weeks of consecutive league action for the U19s, who will travel to Yorkshire to face Guiseley next Wednesday.
