Ticketing arrangements confirmed for Promotion Final!

    Ticketing arrangements are now confirmed for Chester FC supporters for the National League North Promotion Final on Sunday 18th May.

    Kick off is 4pm at the Attis Arena as we take on Scunthorpe United. The Blues have an allocation of 1,500 for this game.

    We will be putting tickets on sale tomorrow from 11am for Season Ticket and Cestrian XI holders to secure their ticket. This window will then end on Friday at 11.59pm.

    ST holders will simply be able to head to chesterfc.com/tickets, login to their Fanbase account, and purchase their ticket for the game. You will still be required to come to the ticket office next week and collect your physical ticket. This will be the quickest and easiest way to secure your ticket for the big game.

    Alternatively, ST holders can head to the Ticket Office from 11am tomorrow until 4pm to purchase their ticket in person – with sales also able to take place over the phone on 01244 371376. Again, proof will be required with collection available next week. The Office will also be available for ST Holders on Friday from 10am to 4pm.

    There will then be a window for CFU Members to purchase a ticket (one per member) for the game which is ONLINE ONLY, with requests only being valid to be sent in between Saturday at 10am up until Sunday at 4pm.

    CFU members will only be able to purchase their ticket by emailing fans@chesterfc.com with their proof of membership and their ticket age category required. If the amount of requests exceeds the remaining number of tickets, a ballot will be held to determine which members are able to purchase the remaining tickets.

    We understand there will be disappointment among supporters who do not secure a ticket for this match, however given the high level of interest in the game and the allocation received in line with the National League’s rules, we consider this to be the fairest solution.

    All current CFU members will be eligible for this window if you were signed up from close of play Tuesday 6th May. If you are unsure of your eligibility as a CFU member, please email membership@cityfansunited.com.

    All remaining home tickets will then go on General Sale from 10am Tuesday onwards.

    AWAY TRAVEL

    The Hipkiss Express supporter buses will be heading to Scunthorpe. Departure is 10.45am from the Deva and the fare is £30. Call 01244 371376 to book. Please note, you MUST have a match ticket already to be able to book a seat on the bus.
