REPORT | Alder FC Women 1-4 Chester FC Women

The Blues made it back-to-back league wins on Sunday with a convincing away victory at Alder.

After a quiet opening 40 minutes, Ellie Bradley gave the Seals a half time advantage with a moment of real quality, curling a free kick home.

The lead was quickly doubled ten minutes after the break. Molly Wood provided the assist, crossing perfectly for Sarah Redman to head home the second.

Alder pulled one back on 66 minutes, but any fears of a comeback were eased with a quarter of an hour to go as Alisha Wright threaded through an excellent pass for Ash Bullock to score.

Bullock made it a brace in the final minute of normal time, again a cool finish, to ensure that Martin Fizsimons’ side strengthened their position in fourth place.

    SCORERS: Bradley 41, Redman 55, Bullock 75 & 90.
