REPORT | Clitheroe 0-1 Chester FC XI

A Chester FC XI was victorious on the road this afternoon at Northern Premier League (West) Division side Clitheroe.

Three trialists featured for Bern and Jonno’s side, as well as seven Academy players; five of them still a part of the Under-19’s squad.

It was midfielder Ethan Cartwright who struck on 65 minutes with what proved to be the winner, assisted by Youth Graduate Drew Lowe.
