BREAKING | John McCombe departs the Club

Chester FC can today confirm that defender John McCombe has departed the club.

McCombe joined in the summer following his release from Macclesfield – and was subsequently named Club Captain for the 2017-18 season.

The 32-year-old made 23 National League appearances for the Blues – as well as one game in the Emirates FA Cup against Kidderminster.

We’d like to place on record our thanks to John for his time and effort whilst at the Swansway Chester Stadium.
