Chester FC are delighted to announce the signing of Kelly Nmai on loan from Salford City for the rest of the season!
Born in the Netherlands, the 18-year-old forward became the first Ammies academy player to play a league game for the club when he was handed a start away at Scunthorpe United in November 2021.
Kelly made seven League Two appearances last term, with a further four games in the Cup.
This term, Nmai has impressed on loan at Warrington Rylands, scoring six times in 14 games and being named the club’s January Player of the Month.
Manager Calum McIntyre said: “Kelly is a really talented forward player who has real quality in attacking areas.
“We wanted to add yet more options to our forward line and Kelly ticks so many boxes, especially given the impressive loan spell he has had at Warrington Rylands this season.
“He will be an important addition for the busy end to the season that lies ahead and I am looking forward to working with him.”
Welcome to Chester FC, Kelly!
