Chester FC are delighted to announce the signing of striker Connor Evans on a three-month loan from Crewe Alexandra!
The 19-year-old forward comes straight into contention for the weekend and has joined the club from the EFL League Two side initially until the end of November.
A Wales U18 international, Connor made his professional debut with the Railwaymen at the age of 18 after first joining the club aged 11.
In 2021/22 he made five League One appearances for the club, before spending time out on loan last term in the Northern Premier League with Marine and then Nantwich Town.
Manager Calum McIntyre said: “Connor is someone we have nearly brought to the club on loan a couple of times over the last 12 months, but the circumstances have never quite suited all parties.
“I’m really pleased we have been able to get this over the line at a time where we want to continue to add options in forward areas.
“He suits the profile of centre forward we want and I’m looking forward to working with him during his time with us.”
Welcome to Chester FC, Connor!
