MATCHDAY INFO | Chester vs Alfreton Town

Here’s all the info you need to know if you are coming to the Deva tomorrow as the Blues host Alfreton Town in the Vanarama National League North…

Do I need a ticket to attend the match?

We have introduced card payments at the turnstiles in The Gary Talbot (East) Stand and Harry McNally (North) Terrace, enabling you to pay with contactless, chip and pin and Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If you wish to sit in the Swettenham Chemists’ Community (West) Stand or pay with cash, you will need to buy your ticket from the Ticket Office before the game, however we advise arriving earlier than normal to reduce queuing times. Cash will no longer be accepted at the turnstiles.

The quickest and easiest way to buy match tickets is via our online ticketing platform at chesterfc.ktckts.com. Online sales will now be available until kick off and you simply need to present your printed ticket or mobile phone to be scanned at the turnstile.

    Will parking be available?

Parking for this fixture is restricted to car park pass holders, blue badge holders and reserved spaces only. There will be no parking available for non-pass holders.

This decision has been taken to ensure spaces are available for all supporters who have purchased passes and disabled supporters while we have a reduced parking capacity. The situation will be reviewed on a match-by-match basis.

If you have purchased a car park pass but have still to pick this up, please give your name to the car park stewards at the gate to enable you to park and collect your pass.

Do I need to do anything before I arrive at the stadium?

All spectators must undertake a Covid-19 self-assessment before arriving at the stadium and you MUST NOT attend if:
    • You feel unwell
    • You are self-isolating
    • You or someone you have been in close contact with has tested positive
    • You or someone you have been in close contact with has symptoms of coronavirus, including a high temperature, a new, continuous cough, sore throat, headache, or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Plan your journey in advance and arrive at the stadium in plenty of time. We are aiming to have the ground open from 2pm for supporters to gain entry.

What happens when I get to the ground?

Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time to go through the entry procedures. The turnstiles will be in operation and to enter the ground you will either need to present your season ticket or match ticket to be scanned, or pay using a card. Please use the hand sanitiser dispensers that can be found throughout the stadium and avoid bringing large bags into the stadium and only do so if absolutely necessary, to avoid slowing down the stadium entry process.
