    Do I need a ticket to attend the match?

    We have introduced card payments at the turnstiles in The Gary Talbot (East) Stand and Harry McNally (North) Terrace, enabling you to pay with contactless, chip and pin and Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    If you wish to sit in the Swettenham Chemists’ Community (West) Stand or pay with cash, you will need to buy your ticket from the Ticket Office before the game, however we advise arriving earlier than normal to reduce queuing times. Cash will no longer be accepted at the turnstiles.

    The quickest and easiest way to buy match tickets is via our online ticketing platform at chesterfc.ktckts.com. Online sales will now be available until kick off and you simply need to present your printed ticket or mobile phone to be scanned at the turnstile.

    There is no change for season ticket holders, who simply need to present their season ticket card at the relevant turnstile to enter the ground

    Which turnstile should I use?

    Please make a note of which turnstile you need to use before arriving at the ground. Club officials and volunteers will be on hand outside the stadium to help supporters who need assistance.

    The Ticket Office will be open for supporters wishing to pay using cash or purchase a match ticket for the West Stand. Cash will no longer be accepted at the turnstiles.

    Will parking be available?

    Yes, the car park will be open priced £2 per car with cash payments only and no change given. As we have a reduced parking capacity at present, spaces will be reserved for those supporters who have purchased car park passes. We encourage non-pass holders to arrive at the ground as early as possible as once the remaining spaces have been taken, the car park will be closed.

    Do I need to do anything before I arrive at the stadium?

    All spectators must undertake a Covid-19 self-assessment before arriving at the stadium and you MUST NOT attend if:
    • You feel unwell
    • You are self-isolating
    • You or someone you have been in close contact with has tested positive
    • You or someone you have been in close contact with has symptoms of coronavirus, including a high temperature, a new, continuous cough, sore throat, headache, or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

    What time should I arrive at the stadium?

    Plan your journey in advance and arrive at the stadium in plenty of time. We are aiming to have the ground open from 6.45pm for supporters to gain entry.

    Can I collect my Season Ticket tonight?

    Yes. Season Ticket Cards and CFU Memberships will be available for collection from the gazebo situated by the Ticket Office.

    What happens when I get to the ground?

    Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time to go through the entry procedures. The turnstiles will be in operation and to enter the ground you will either need to present your season ticket or match ticket to be scanned, or pay using a card. Please use the hand sanitiser dispensers that can be found throughout the stadium and avoid bringing large bags into the stadium and only do so if absolutely necessary, to avoid slowing down the stadium entry process.

    Do I have to wear a face covering?

    We encourage those able to do so to continue wearing a face covering when entering, exiting and moving around the stadium to protect yourself and others.

    Will the kiosks and bars be open?

    Yes, however there will be some operational changes…

    Kiosks: A mobile catering van serving hot food and drinks will be situated outside the corner of the East Stand and Harry McNally Terrace until 7.45pm.

    Kiosks will be open in the East Stand, West Stand and North Stand serving pies, hot and cold drinks and confectionary.

    Blues Bar: The bar will be open before the match from 6pm. Table service will be available, and you will also be able to order at the bar, however no drinking or standing at the bar is permitted. There are no bookings being taken.

    Will the Club Shop be open?

    Yes, the club shop has been restocked for the new season and will be open before the game. Don’t forget you can also shop online at www.chesterfcretail.com.

    Will I be able to buy a programme?

    Yes, our matchday programme The Cestrian will be available to purchase in the club shop and from our programme sellers before the game priced at £2.50. You can also order digital copies for £2 and printed copies for £2.50 plus postage from MatchDayCreative here.

    Will there be toilets available?

    Yes, when using toilet facilities, please continue to be patient and considerate towards other users, and maintain good hand hygiene at all times around the stadium – use the sanitiser dispensers provided and avoid touching your face, or handles and railings whenever possible.
