PRE SEASON PREVIEW | Cheadle Town vs Chester

Chester’s second pre-season friendly ahead of the 2020/21 campaign is less than 24 hours away, as we visit Cheadle Town!

The Blues got their schedule underway on Saturday with a 3-1 defeat against a sharp Radcliffe FC side. For Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley’s side, it was their first day back in training – so a vital workout for getting minutes.

Danny Elliott opened his account with a very well taken finish late on at the Neuven Stadium.

Tomorrow begins a run of three away friendlies in five days, with Cheadle followed by further visits to Marine (Saturday) and Glossop (Tuesday).

It is expected we will once again see a different starting XI in each half, much like Saturday, and another mix of first teamers and trialists scattered across each half.

    MATCH ADMISSION

Cheadle Town do not have any online ticketing platform in place for this game. All admission is pay at the gate, with the capacity capped in line with current FA and Government restrictions.

We would advise any supporters planning to attend to set off with plenty of time to spare ahead of the 7.30pm kick off as delays may occur when gaining access to the ground with social distancing measures in place.

Admission prices are £5 for Adults and £2 for Under-16’s and OAP’s.

    MATCH DETAILS

Kick off tomorrow at Park Road Stadium is 7.30pm. The Sat Nav postcode for the stadium is SK8 2AN.
