A goal in each half at Kirklands Stadium meant Vian’s side were knocked out of the Cup. After the game on social media, the CFC Womens boss said: “Bitterly disappointed with the result and performance today but credit to Cammell Laird who were very effective and better on the day. We’ll dust ourselves down, learn and go again. The squad have been immense this season and one result won’t define our season.”
FULLTIME! 0-2 to Cammell Laird. Good game and a great effort from both sides. Our girls worked hard but unfortunately it was not to be. Unlucky girls, next time💪🏆

Chester FC Womens Under 18’s
@CFCWomensU18s won 1-0 away Frodsham to keep pace in the battle for second place. A 14 game season, and a game against Sandbach to come, Ben Richards’ team have it all to play for!

Another win for the young blues this time coming after a very scrappy first half performance. Credit to Frodsham who were superb defensively.
Good Luck to Frodsham for the rest of the season ⚪️🔵 pic.twitter.com/mYB3tiXH3d
