Turnbull signs for the Blues

Midfielder makes the move from Barrow

Chester FC are delighted to announce the signing of Paul Turnbull from Barrow AFC on a two-year deal.
Handforth-born Turnbull began his career at Stockport County, and went on to make 128 appearances for the Hatters. A move to league football soon followed, with Northampton winning the midfielder’s signature back in 2011.
Experienced in the National League, the 28-year old midfielder also had spells with Altrincham and Lincoln City – before becoming Macclesfield Town captain between 2013 and 2016.
Turnbull made 25 appearances for Barrow last term – scoring on two occasions.
    Welcome to Chester FC, Paul!
