Wyll Stanway receives England C call up!

Chester FC goalkeeper Wyll Stanway has been called up for the England C squad to face Wales C on Tuesday 19^th March!

The game takes place at Stebonheath Park, the home of Llanelli Town AFC.

Stanway has made 43 appearances for the Blues this season and kept an impressive 19 clean sheets.

Manager Calum McIntyre commented on Wyll’s England call up…

“It is appropriate recognition for Wyll as one of the best Goalkeepers outside of the EFL.

“He is having a terrific season and this international recognition is richly deserved. He has worked incredibly hard during this campaign, and it is so pleasing to see him get his rewards.
