CLUB STATEMENT | Car Parking

Following a review of the parking arrangements at the Curzon Ashton fixture, Chester FC wishes to advise stadium parking for the match with Gateshead will be restricted to car park pass holders, blue badge holders and reserved spaces only.

There will be no parking available for non-pass holders.

This decision has been taken to ensure spaces are available for all supporters who have purchased passes and disabled supporters while we have a reduced parking capacity. The situation will be reviewed on a match-by-match basis.

We understand this will be frustrating for our fans who normally park at the stadium, however demand on Tuesday evening exceeded the number of available spaces and resulted in an unsatisfactory experience for everyone.

The Club is in regular dialogue with Vinci Construction UK and the temporary depot will be scaled down over the coming weeks, enabling more parking spaces to be made available on matchdays.

As part of the agreement between the two parties, the car park will benefit from a programme of improvement works while Vinci Constriction UK has also supported the Club through sponsorship.

We thank our supporters for their understanding and will provide a further update in due course.
