MATCH PREVIEW | Chester vs Carlisle United
Pre-Season preparations are steaming ahead – and the new National League North campaign is in sight.
Another test – perhaps completely different to all of the other games – comes tonight down the Deva as Carlisle United visit. The Sky Bet League Two side finished 11th last season, and will be hoping to improve on that position during 2019/2020.
They face a Blues side with two defeats and a win under their belts so far. A 9-1 victory down in Newquay has been accompanied by a 7-1 defeat to Wigan Athletic and – mostly recently – a narrow home loss to Dulwich Hamlet on Friday. Anthony Dudley was on the scoresheet on Friday, having scored in our last two pre-season matches.
Kick off tonight is 7.30pm.
