VACANCY | Matchday Videographer

Chester Football Club are currently looking to recruit a Matchday Videographer to film home matches throughout the 2021/22 season.

This role has become available after long-term Blues cameraman Dave Beech retired at the end of last season. Everyone at Chester FC would like to place on record their thanks to Dave for his years of incredible hard work at the club.

Covering all league and cup fixtures at the Deva Stadium, you will be using our camera equipment to film full matches and upload to our analysis platform after each match.

This is a paid role on a per match basis.

The ideal candidate may have a degree in broadcast/sports media or equivalent but this is not essential.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated to the role and has a positive ‘can do’ attitude together with experience working with camera equipment.

Experience in sports isn’t necessary but an understanding and interest in football would be advantageous. The role is based at the Deva Stadium (CH1 4LT).

To apply, please submit a CV and/or a few words on why you’d be best suited for this role via email to albert.davies@chesterfc.com. Closing date for applications is Friday 6th August at 5pm.

An induction would take place next week, with work commencing on Saturday 14th August.
